With over 20 years of expertise in Human Resources- Executive Leadership, Coaching and Consulting, I am passionate about helping small businesses unlock their full potential through strategic HR solutions. My journey in HR began with hands-on roles at renowned organizations where I managed employee services, recruitment, and various training programs. As I advanced, I took on leadership roles as Director of Human Resources to becoming Chief People Officer at respected institutions, where I developed comprehensive HR policies, transformed employee culture by driving employee engagement initiatives, and managed complex personnel needs with efficiency and empathy.
I’ve built a reputation for designing HR systems and programs that are not only compliant and sustainable but also scalable to meet the unique challenges of growing organizations. I understand the nuances of each stage of business growth, from building foundational HR structures for startups to optimizing processes for more established teams. My goal is to empower businesses by making HR simple, effective, and tailored to their needs.
